Honourable Ts. Sharavdorj, Secretary General of Secretariat of the State Great Hural/Parliament of Mongolia honoured Mr. V Pardhasaradhi, PGT English with a Memento on 14 May 2010 for his voluntary and sincere work to enhance the English Communicative Skills of the officers of the Secretariat of the State Great Hural of Mongolia from December 2009 to May 2010.
